Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Türkiye (FES Türkiye), 2025 yılı bahar döneminde emek çalışmaları alanındaki faaliyetlerinden biri olarak FES Sendika Okulu seminer dizisi düzenleyecektir. Daha önce iki kez başarıyla gerçekleştirilen ve Emek Çalışmaları Topluluğu (EÇT) işbirliğiyle hayata geçirilen bu programın üçüncüsünde sizleri de aramızda görmekten mutluluk duyarız.

Toplantı yeri: FES Türkiye Ofisi, Beşiktaş
FES Sendika Okulu, özellikle Çalışma İlişkileri ve Sosyal Bilimler gibi alanlarda lisans ve yüksek lisans eğitimine devam eden ya da bu alanlardan mezun olmuş gençlerin sendikaları potansiyel bir çalışma alanı olarak tanımalarını sağlamayı hedeflemektedir. Bunun yanı sıra, emek çalışmalarıyla ilgilenen ancak bu konuda derinlemesine bilgi edinmek isteyenler için de değerli bir öğrenim fırsatı sunmaktadır.
Program, sendika uzmanlarını ve bu alanda çalışmayı düşünen genç kuşağı bir araya getirmeyi, karşılıklı bilgi alışverişini teşvik etmeyi ve sendika uzmanlarının bilgi ve deneyimlerini doğrudan paylaşmalarını amaçlamaktadır. Bu bağlamda katılımcılar hem teorik bilgiye hem de pratik deneyime dayalı kapsamlı bir eğitim sürecine dahil olacaklardır.
Eğitim Süreci ve İçerik
Sendika Okulu, toplamda 10 hafta sürecek bir seminer serisinden oluşmaktadır. Program, her hafta öncelikle ilgili konuya dair teorik bir çerçeve sunulması ardından alanında uzmanlaşmış profesyonellerin pratik bilgi ve deneyimlerini katılımcılarla paylaşması şeklinde yapılandırılmıştır. Eğitim boyunca sendikal çalışmaların farklı yönleri ele alınarak ve bir fabrika gezisinin de dahil olduğu kapsamlı bir içerik sunulması hedeflenmektedir.
Bu program, sendikal çalışma alanında bilgi ve deneyim kazanmak isteyenlere teorik bilgi, pratik deneyim ve sendika profesyonelleriyle doğrudan iletişim kurma fırsatı sunmaktadır.
