Labor and Social Justice

We endeavour to support a socially just society which is based on a sustainably developed economy. Especially under the terms of a fast growing economy, it is important to promote a socially just market economy.

We, as FES, struggle to support an economically sustainable society structure which is based on the understanding of social justice. As an example, we consider creating and devloping an innovative educational system and an innovative social system in general as a must for the stability of Turkey.

Especially under the conditions of rapid economic growth it is even more important for us to support a socially just structured market economy. Modernizing industrial relations, supporting the coninuity of the development of educational and social system is fundamental for creating a just economic and social system, and therfore those are the main ideas behind almost all projects of FES in Turkey.
